this is a QCC (quick cable connect) sometimes they are a little tight on the limbs causing a click or pluck noise at the begining of the draw.
to fix the noise, you need to put the bow in a press and remove them. once removed, you should clamp your cable end to the idler so it doesnt untwist on you. a cloths peg works well for this. do only 1 and put it back on before removing the other. this will prevent switching the yoke sides that could cause all kinds of headaches.
this is what they look like with casting lines on them.
with some fine sandpaper laid on a flat surface, sand them till you get contact accross the whole surface. should look like this when done.
while the loops are off you should take the time to wax them and make sure the strands are twisted like the one on the left. then just put them back on and happy shooting
