It will hopefully eliminate some of the inconsistencies in your grip...

here's a pic of the shrew reg/high wrist i put on my SBXT.
i like how its built. i also like the long nose on it as well. allows me to really pay attention to hand placement.

Gotta say though, Mathews is making improvements on their grips. The Mathews grip that was on my Drenalin is 10X better than the Mathews grip that was on my MQ-32, it is half the size.
Here is what the TorqueLess looks like compared to my Drenalin grip:

Here are a few I just finished:
Left: Outback, Middle and Right: Switchback XT
I used a belt sander, spindle sander, sand paper, and scotch brite for the rough finish. Then I used Birchwood Casey Tru-Oil along with steel wool for the final finish. I am by no means a woodworker but I was very pleased with how they turned out.

This fashion show is great, but most of us need some more explanation as to how this will affect our shooting. I too feel like the grip on my XT is introducing torque, and know I don't grip it the same each time. All this makes my shooting more erratic than I would like.
I see all these variation in wrist angle and nose configuration. I would like to try out a grip with less torque, but how do you choose among all these variations? It isn't very practical to buy a bunch and see which one fits best. I am wondering if any of these manufacturers have "demonstrator" grips that people could compare, buy the one that fits, and send the rest back. They could be plain versions for this purpose and the customer could order the nice fancy one once they knew which model works.
I would be fine with sending in a deposit or something to take the risk out of it for the manufacturer.
Anyone aware of a manufacturer that would do this?

Here are some pics of a grip I made from mesquite wood. I've made two more since that turned out just a little nicer. I'm anxious to get to work on some newly acquired cocobolo wood.
